Docker 1.0 is here and ready for production

The industry trend is containerization: putting data centers into modules and applications into portable sandboxes. The advantages are huge and moving the application execution becomes easier than ever. Getting code from development to testing to production becomes more seamless than ever. Google is even becoming a big supporter of running these on their Google Compute Engine services. It’s amazing how dense and efficient application deployment will become.
